Instructions for downloading and integrating portal-vue
1. download bootstrap-vue distribusion throuhg npm
npm install portal-vue
2. Copy node_modules/portal-vue/dist/portal-vue.esm.js to amd/src/portal-vue
3. Change import statements on top of portal-vue.esm to:
/* Modification to handle relative loading of vue */
import Vue from '../vue/vue';
/* End modification */
4. add /* eslint-disable */ to top of file
