If an activity can be manually marked as complete, it does not show up as completed in the studyplan

Fixed in latest commit. Determining activity completion not takes into account if an activity actually has grade conditions.

Additionally, issues where a passing grade is not showing as complete, either because

  1. completion data was deleted, though the requirements do require passing grade, or
  2. completion requirements don't require grade

are accompanied by an information message for the student.
