Add aggregation method competencies, which uses the competencies associated with the course as completion criteria

  • Create aggregator method - add "uses competencies" flag to aggregators
  • Retrieve competencies from courses when aggregator method is chosen
  • Show competencies and progress in student view
  • Show competencies in editor view
  • Show statistics for competencies in teacher view
