Rework Advanced tools for studyplan pages #42

After implementing pages, the advanced tools need some work.
Add the following:

feature to force removal of study plan page
import/export study lines on active page
import/export pages in this plan
fix period timing for all courses on a page.

Remove or filter out the following features if needed, based on aggregation method:

Force scales
Automatic end date

And overall clean up the visual mess that is the advanced tools.
