Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Moodle function core_course_category::user_top() does not (yet) reveal the user_top if the user has no access in one of the top category's children. (It does not seek deeper than that)
This affects the user experience in the tree studyplan navigation and should be rectified.
