Category won't load select upon selecting a new category.

This is possibly an issue related to Vue production mode, or bootstrap-vue issues with ESM module

Bootstrap-vue is again the commonjs/requirejs version, which seems to solve a number of issues with form components. In the latest branch the category selector works in both dev and prod mode.

Close if this proves to work in a production/testing environment which prevously demonstrated this issue
